COMPARISON
Nick Smith Jr words cannot describe the talent he has. He is the best combo guard in the nation and is already working to fix high school on-court mistakes, which he rarely had. The most common comparison for Smith Jr is Moses Moody and Rj Hampton. He is a unique talent and with improvement can be an elite combo guard.
Gianni’s Analysis
A consensus All-American going to one of the better programs in college basketball aka Arkansas. This season will be exciting to see as Smith Jr will be paired with another incredible prospect Anthony Black. These two are going to tear up defenses, with Anthony’s size and Nick’s playmaking the two will be a lethal combo. Nick has room to grow and improve and with all the attention on him this season he will do just that. Smith just fits into today's game, with his ability to create shots and find his own. All 3 levels of scoring are covered with Smith, defenses need to be on high alert at all times. He started in the McDonald's All-American game, and came off the bench for Team USA in the Nike Hoop Summit. He scored 10 points in that contest. His skill plus his leadership skills will lead him to be a top 5 pick in the NBA Draft.
