The Tennessee Titans have parted ways with Head Coach Brian Callahan. Callahan was considered a bad pick from day one as the fans never really believed in him being the Head Coach they needed for their rebuild. Now after going 1-5 to start the year with rookie QB Cam Ward, Titans fans no longer have to worry about Callahan and his terrible offense.

Lets take a deeper look into this move. The Titans fired their GM last year, but kept Callahan just to fire him now. For a team that finally looks youthful and attempted a rebuild already and failed with Will Levis, why would you not completeley clear house for Cam Ward? Now Cam Ward is stuck in the same situation that previous #1 overall picks are in (Bryce Young and Caleb Williams), his head coach is gone in his rookie year.

The Titans are sure to hit the rebuild button this off-season after multiple Free Agent sigings have already gone horrible for them. They roster WR - Calvin Ridley, DB -L'Jarius Sneed, with his four-year, $76.4 million deal, OL - Dan Moore Jr. with a four-year, $82 million deal.

When you take a peek at next years free agency you will find that it is a lackluster class. So what are the Titans going to do? Will they off-load there bad contracts at the end of the year and aim for a long rebuild through the draft?

I think that it starts with picking the right Head Coach this go around. Can they lure a big name to Tennessee like Harbaugh? Will they go with another Brian like Brian Flores? This year they have many options to choose from and they can't get it wrong. If they pick the right Head Coach they will be in great shape heading into the new stadium that they are building.

When an owner builds a new stadium for their team, they want to sell as many seats as soon as possible to get a ROI. Now that the Titans have decided that Callahan is not the man that will make Tennessee fans want to come out to the brand new Nissan Stadium.

The Titans have a lot to discuss within the front office and they better do it fast. Other teams like the Jets, Giants, Panthers and more may also be inline for a new Head Coach.
