What's going on with the New York Jets?

The New York Jets came into the 2025 season with some hope that they would be able to win early. That hasn't happened yet as the Jets are the NFL's only winless team thus far.

In their most recent loss, they fell 37–22 to the Cowboys. Dak Prescott threw for four touchdowns, while the Jets failed to force a turnover, becoming the first NFL team to start 0–5 without a defensive turnover in league history.

First, let's take a look on the teams offseason. In January they made Aaron Glenn their new HC and Darren Mougey their new GM. The pairing reports to team owner Woody Johnson, who must not be happy with another slow start. Some fans weren't so impressed with these hires, as ownership yet again chose a defensive minded head coach. Other fans we're impressed by the moves Mougey made.

Mougey extended Sauce Gardner and Garrett Wilson while bringing in Justin Fields and Armand Membou (in Draft). In the offseason, Mougey showed he is committed to keeping talent on the roster, but could that change at this years trade deadline? Reports indicate that "no one is safe". If the Jets don't improve by the deadline players like Fields, Williams, Hall and others could be gone.

Looking at the team now, Head Coach Aaron Glenn still believes this team can win and is building a special culture. But is he the guy in New York? Should the Jets make big moves at the deadline? Should they draft a QB? We had avid Jets fan Neo Kipz join the podcast to discuss!
