Free Agency in the NFL has started to whine down with a majority of the top 125 free agents signing new contracts. It's safe to pick the top winners of this years Free Agency and coming in at 2nd is the Detroit Lions. The Lions are scary and could easily win the NFC North.
The Lions signed the following players in Free Agency:

The Detroit Lions sign LS Jake McQuaide.
The Detroit Lions sign OL Graham Glasgow.
The Detroit Lions sign CB Emmanuel Moseley.
The Detroit Lions sign RB David Montgomery.
The Detroit Lions sign CB Cameron Sutton.
We follow the Lions up with yet another NFC North program. The Chicago Bears. The Chicago Bears come in 1st place as our winner of Free Agency. The Bears still have the most cap space in the NFL.

Agreed to terms with D'Onta Foreman on one-year contract.
Agreed to terms with DL Andrew Billings on one-year contract.
Agreed to terms with QB P.J. Walker on two-year contract.
Acquired WR DJ Moore, the No. 9 and 61 picks in the 2023 draft, a 2024 first-round pick and a 2025 second-round pick from the Panthers for the No. 1 pick in the 2023 draft.
Agreed to terms with LB Tremaine Edmunds on four-year contract.
Agreed to terms with LB T.J. Edwards on three-year contract.
Agreed to terms with OL Nate Davis on three-year contract.
Agreed to terms with DL DeMarcus Walker on three-year contract.
Agreed to terms with RB Travis Homer on two-year contract.
