Now that the 2025 NFL Draft Picks rookie season has commenced it is time to go back in time and re-grade each of the top 32 picks in the class.
Re-Grades:
#1: Titans select QB - Cam Ward
Grade: B+
The Titans not only made the right pick but Ward showed flashes during a season where his Head Coach was fired. If Cam can get some more weapons and a better O-Line he could be dangerous in years to come.
#2: Jaguars select WR/CB - Travis Hunter
Grade: B+
The Jaguars went with the most talented player in the draft and when he was healthy he made some great plays. His injury meant his rookie season just wasn't enough, hopefully next year Hunter sees a lot more action.
#3: Giants select DE - Abdul Carter
Grade: B+
The Giants scooped up the best defensive player in the draft at the time and he proved to be dangerous for them. From his pressures to his tackling, Abdul proved that he can ball at a pro level. He does need more production to become a more notable player.
#4: Patriots select OT - Will Campbell
Grade: A
The Pat's get a cornerstone for their O-Line who when healthy was stout. He will be a great protector for stud QB, Drake Maye.
#5: Browns select DT - Mason Graham
Grade: B
The Browns ended up drafting Sanders later on in the draft which begs the question, why not stay at #2 and pick his college #1 WR? But anyways the Browns did get a lot of firepower from that trade and although he wasn't great, Graham is a good piece to add to the D-Line.
#6: Raiders select RB - Ashton Jeanty
Grade: C+
Jeanty is a great player, but the Raiders this season proved that going RB in the 1st round, especially when your team has so many other holes to fill, is not a good choice.
#7: Jets select OL - Armand Membou
Grade: A+
The Jets added to their OL with the selection of Membou and he did not dissapoint. Although the team wasn't great, pairing Membou and Fashanu gives whoever the QB will be in 2026, lots of time to throw.
#8: Panthers select WR - Tetairoa McMillian
Grade: A+
The Panthers went out and got Bryce Young a true baller at WR. McMillian has proved to be vital to the Canales offense in Carolina. Bryce Young will always be able to rely on McMillian.
#9: Saints select OL - Kelvin Banks
Grade: A-
The Saints go with a risky pick at the time but as shown in the latter parts of the year, it really did pay off and give them someone to trust in both the run and pass game.
#10: Bears select TE - Colston Loveland
Grade: A
The Bears went out and selected a TE dispite already having Kmet which we personally critizied. But Ben Johnson and Ryan Poles had a plan that was too grander for us to pick up on. Loveland has been great for Chicago and is proving it in Primetime of the NFL Playoffs.
#11: 49'ers select DL - Mykel Williams
Grade: C
Just not enough on Williams to really go hire than a C. He missed time and wasn't very productive on the field when healthy. He was a great prospect coming out, so look for him to have a great sophomore season for San Francisco.
#12: Cowboys select OL - Tyler Banks
Grade: B
Going OL is never a bad choice. Banks protected Dak when needed sometimes but was really prolific in his rookie campaign with his run blocking.
#13: Dolphins select DT - Kenneth Grant
Grade: D
Grant showed nothing of note for being a Top 15 NFL Draft pick. The fishies flopped with this selection.
#14: Colts select TE - Tyler Warren
Grade: A
The Colts were lucky that Warren fell to them and that luck ultimately proved to be in their favor after Warren balled out for them.
#15: Falcons select DE - Jalon Walker
Grade: B+
Jalon was great in the run game but lacked in the pass game. He did get to the quarterback a decent amount. If he is able to polish his pass rush he can be a great Defensive End for years to come.
#16: Cardinals select DT - Walter Nolen
Grade: C+
Walter struggled to stay on the field with an injury but showed some promise in the pass game.
#17: Bengals select DE - Shemar Stewart
Grade: D-
With all the drama, the Bengals were without a doubt hoping that once the season started Stewart would ball out. That just wasn't the case.
#18: Seahawks select OT - Grey Zabel
Grade: A-
Zabel was an underrated part to Seattles success during the regular season. Hopefully for the 12th Man faithful he can keep it up in the playoffs.
#19 Buccaneers select WR - Emeka Egbuka
Grade: A
The Buc's did right by selecting this Ohio State alum. Egbuka was electric to watch on the field and when Baker was able to get him the ball, he was dangerous with it.
#20: Broncos select CB - Jahdae Barron
Grade: C-
Barron has not been great for Denver this season, barely seeing action due to his laspe in coverage. We will see if year 2 Barron is a different story.
#21: Steelers select DT - Derrick Harmon
Grade: B-
Derrick was productive at times, having an up and down season for Pittsburgh
#22: Chargers select RB - Omarion Hampton
Grade: B+
When healthy Hampton was a star for the bolts. He got things going from the pass and run game standpoint, it is a shame he suffered an injury. Look for Hampton to come back even stronger in 2026.
#23: Packers select WR - Matthew Golden
Grade: D-
Green Bay got a WR in the first round to give Love a realible weapon. Unfourtanley they picked after the Panthers and the Bucs to select Golden who quite possibly had one of the biggest bust years in Packers history.
#24: Vikings select OL - Donovan Jackson
Grade: D+
Donovan was unable to be a difference maker for the Vikings this year in either the pass or rush game.
#25: Giants select QB - Jaxson Dart
Grade: A
Another move that was doubted by Sports Vibes. When Dart was on the field he was special to watch and without a shadow of a doubt showed great promise. The G-Men crowned him leader and he has fully taken up that mantle. Look for a big year 2 for Dart.
#26: Falcons select DE - James Pearce
Grade: A-
The Falcons could have picked Pearce at #15 and would have gotten an A for the move. Pearce was easily one of the best rookies this year and showed promise for 2026.
#27: Ravens select SAF - Malaki Starks
Grade: A-
Starks was great for a rookie in an already crowded system. He proved to be a great asset in the rush game. He needs to work on coverage just a bit in 2026.
#28: Lions select DT - Tyleik Williams
Grade: B
Williams needs to show more in 2026 but put together a decent 2025 campaign.
#29: Commanders select OL - Josh Conerly
Grade: C+
A new position for Conerly proved to be a challenge but he showed a lot of grit on the gridiron.
#30: Bills select CB - Maxwell Hairston
Grade: B+
When he wasn't hurt, Hairston was elite at times this season. He gets a B+ because of some early struggles but as the season went on, he really polished his game to bring Buffalo some much needed reliability in their DB unit.
#31: Eagles select LB - Jihaad Campbell
Grade: A+
Philadelphia and Howie Rosemen love their SEC players and Campbell helped that postive stigma a lot this year. Jihaad was one of the best defensive players in the league and our top rookie of the class.
#32: Chiefs select OL - Josh Simmons
Grade: B
Simmons was great for Mahomes but in the run game he was one of the worst in the league according to PFF. Simmons will need to stay healthy and improve on that area of his game if he wants to be a great offensive lineman in the National Football League.
Top 5 Picks of the 2025 NFL Draft (1st Round):
Jihaad Campbell (PHI)
Tetairoa McMillan (CAR)
Jaxson Dart (NYG)
Colston Loveland (CHI)
Armand Membou (NYJ)
There it is, all 32 players from the rookie class of 2025 ranked. Do you agree with the rankings?
